The Brief

The Process

Day 1: Living Room Wall Repair

• We assessed the damaged wall area, removed any loose or compromised plaster, and prepared the surface thoroughly.

• PVA bonding was applied to create a solid key for the new plaster.

• We then built up the wall carefully, applying a bonding coat to even out the surface before a final two-coat skim for a silky-smooth finish.

Day 2: Bathroom Artex Ceiling

• The Artex was lightly scraped to remove any major peaks before being primed.

• Using quality materials, we applied two coats of skim plaster, flattening and refining the ceiling until it was completely smooth and ready for painting after a short drying period.

The Results

In just two days, David’s home was transformed:

• The living room wall is now immaculate, offering the perfect backdrop for his future decor plans.

• The bathroom ceiling is sleek and contemporary, with no trace of the old Artex pattern.

Both areas will be ready for painting in just a few days, allowing David to refresh his home without delay.
