• Full skim coats using British Gypsum Multi-Finish

• Filling and smoothing downlight and socket holes after repositioning

• All surfaces were PVA’d and prepped for proper bonding

• Very large walls and high ceilings

• Heatwave conditions requiring extended drying times

• Extensive corner beading

• The amount of blown plaster removal and hidden damage behind wallpaper
